Potential winners will be notified by mail or overnight mail. 3.PRIZES AND ODDS: One (1) Grand Prize: $3,000, which may be used for home improvements (awarded as a check made out in winner’s name). Approximate Retail Value: (“ARV”): $3,000. Five (5) First Prizes: A Wagner Roll-n-Go, PaintMate Plus, PaintEater, Control Spray and a Paint Crew Plus. ARV: $520 each. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor reserves right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, in its sole discretion. No other substitution, cash redemption (if non-cash prize) or transfer of prizes permitted. If such documents are not returned within fourteen (14) days of date of issuance, if a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, in the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules or if Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period, prize may be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, awarded to an alternate winner.
